Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily store operations including sales, billing, and customer handling.
Ensure smooth functioning of POS systems and maintain accurate DSR (Daily Sales Report).
Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are as per brand guidelines.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
Train, guide, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure proper discipline, attendance, and grooming standards among team members.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
Maintain store hygiene, uniform display arrangements, and trial areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
