Job Description

Position: Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, sales data, and shrinkage control.
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for retail stores.
Supervise a team of sales associates to achieve targets and provide coaching/training as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Retail Store Operations or related field (preferably in Premium Sunglasses or Luxury fashion industry).
Preferably looking for
female
candidates.
Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles and practices.
Excellent knowledge of Stock Management systems and processes.
Proven track record in controlling shrinkage rates through effective loss prevention measures.
