Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and SOP compliance.
Ensure effective KPI monitoring and analysis to drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to improve retail store operations efficiency.
Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
