Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate sales and service staff to achieve monthly targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
Maintain proper stock levels, handle inventory control, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure store display and product arrangements are attractive and up to date.
Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and cash handling.
Coordinate with the service team for after-sales support and warranty claims.
