Job Description

Food & Beverage Operations Prepare indents for the F&B section based on consumption patterns and maintain accurate consumption and cost reports. Track breakages and ensure proper documentation and accountability. Ensure all service deliveries align with client agreements and expectations. Initiate and upgrade menus, including special events and promotional offerings. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and proper storage practices. Ensure careful handling of catering and buffet equipment. Safety & Compliance Enforce company discipline and safety protocols at the site. Conduct operational audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure equipment and materials are not left unattended and follow all site-specific safety rules. Client Relations & Communication Maintain close communication with clients regarding services, feedback, and new initiatives. Ensure branding policies are implemented as per specifications. Address client concerns promptly to ensure 100% client retention. Cost & Resource Management Coordinate with the Purchase department to monitor and forecast cost trends. Develop strategies to manage and reduce operational costs. Analyze cost centers and implement efficiency improvements. Qualifications & Skills Experience in high-pressure catering environments (commercial/industrial preferred). Knowledge of electronic cash register systems and basic bookkeeping. Proficient in computer applications and reporting tools. Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player.
