Store Manager (Pithampur Sector 3)

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Inventory & Store Operations

• Supervise daily store operations ensuring timely receipt, issue, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure zero stock-outs or overstocking.
• Ensure accurate documentation of goods received and issued through ERP/SAP system.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation with physical and system records.

2. 2. Material Handling & Storage

• Ensure proper storage conditions for raw, packaging, and finished goods as per FMCG standards.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO methodology in material handling.
• Monitor material shelf-life and coordinate for timely disposal of expired or damaged stock.

3. 3. Coordination & Dispatch

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics departments for material requirements and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to distributors/dealers/customers.
• Manage transporter coordination, documentation, and dispatch MIS.

4. 4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain records for audits (internal/external) and support audit requirements.
• Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, and safety within store premises.

5. 5. Team Management

• Supervise store staff and allocate work responsibilities.
• Conduct periodic training on store procedures, documentation, and safety.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline and efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch, and SAP/ERP operations.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of FMCG storage norms and shelf-life management.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• SAP / ERP system exposure preferred.

Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years (Preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing Industry)
