Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations to ensure sales goals are met. Your duties will include directing employees in tasks such as serving customers, taking inventory, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing. You will assign relevant duties to employees and oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new team members. It is crucial that you ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a team player environment. Additionally, tracking and managing inventory at the store will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the retail store - Direct employees in serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing - Assign duties to relevant employees - Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations - Track and manage inventory at the store Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of retail and retail management experience - Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson - Strong customer service, management, and communication skills Please note that this job is full-time and the work location is in person.
