Job Title: Store Manager – Multinational Footwear Brand

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations for a popular multinational footwear brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional strategies effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and present performance updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in-store.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (footwear or fashion preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for retail and fashion.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
