Store Manager
Location: Across Kerala
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with prior exposure to managing a dry fruit shop. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
* Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve targets.
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
* Prepare sales reports and ensure smooth billing processes.
Maintain store hygiene and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a dry fruit shop or similar retail environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sales targets and customer queries effectively.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
