Roles & Responsibilities - Store Manager Oversee day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure smooth functioning of production, display, sales, and customer service. Monitor hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines. Manage inventory & Ensure customer satisfaction Drive sales targets and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals. Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques (cakes, breads, beverages, etc.). Recruit, train, and supervise bakery staff (bakers, sales executives, helpers). Prepare staff schedules and manage shift planning. Motivate the team to meet productivity, sales, and quality standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions. Monitor daily cash collection, billing, and deposits. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. Implement store policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
