Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager at one of our retail outlets in Kerala, India. This is a full-time, on-site position. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling inventory management, implementing visual merchandising standards, analyzing sales trends, ensuring compliance with store policies, and assisting in employee training and development to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate store teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, inventory management, and retail operations strategies.
  • Customer service skills to ensure a seamless, high-quality shopping experience for customers.
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and store display management.
  • Analytical skills to monitor sales performance, interpret data, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers professionally.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail management or related roles will be an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
