Store Manager

As a Store Manager at OM GENERAL STORE in JAMALPUR, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the store. You will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, recruiting new employees, and maintaining smooth store operations, including timely opening and closing. Key Responsibilities: - Manage store operations by ensuring timely opening and closing for smooth daily functioning. - Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and prevent shortages to optimize inventory management. - Assist customers, address inquiries, and effectively resolve complaints to provide excellent customer service. - Train, schedule, and manage employees to maintain efficiency and foster teamwork in staff supervision. - Recruit and onboard new staff members as required for hiring and training purposes. - Implement sales strategies to increase revenue through sales and promotions. - Oversee daily transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and handle cash handling and billing processes. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store by managing store maintenance effectively. - Adhere to company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safety standards are met. Qualifications Required: - Experience in retail/store management, preferably in the grocery or FMCG sector. - Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of inventory and billing software is a plus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
