Job Overview: We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our jewellery store. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure a premium customer experience, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
• Oversee product display and store presentation to maintain a luxurious atmosphere.
• Track and analyse sales performance, implementing strategies for growth.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of gold, diamonds, and luxury jewellery sales.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
