Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all daily store operations Welcome customers, take customized orders, and ensure excellent customer service Monitor and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized store environment at all times Coordinate with kitchen team for order accuracy and timely delivery Handle customer complaints or feedback with professionalism Monitor inventory and place restocking orders as required Ensure POS and billing operations are correctly followed Keep track of daily sales and prepare sales reports Train and guide junior staff when needed Take full accountability for the store’s appearance, functioning, and performance Requirements:Proven experience in a retail, café, or food outlet environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with customer-first attitude Responsible, punctual, and reliable Basic knowledge of billing systems and order-taking Should maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are followed Ability to lead by example and work independently
