Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekly Off as per schedule)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Store Manager for a reputed furniture showroom in Gota, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing in-store operations, customer interactions, billing, coordination with warehouse/delivery, and overall store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations
• Generate invoices, manage billing, and ensure accurate documentation using basic accounting tools
• Maintain stock, sales records, customer logs, and daily operational reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently and ensure excellent customer service
• Manage in-store sales and follow up on leads and inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints or service issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support showroom promotions, local marketing activities, and after-sales service when needed

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Tally Prime will be considered a plus
• Customer service oriented and well-organized

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
