Key Responsibilities: Monitor customer and staff activity through surveillance systems and physical presence. Detect and deter theft, shoplifting, or any suspicious behavior. Report incidents of policy violations, theft, or safety concerns to management or security personnel. Ensure store policies (e.g., entry rules, mask requirements, no smoking policies) are followed. Perform routine checks of high-risk areas (e.g., fitting rooms, exits, stockrooms). Provide support during emergencies (e.g., fire evacuations, first aid incidents). Collaborate with floor staff and security to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate logs of incidents and submit reports as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Strong observational and situational awareness skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of safety and security practices. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a retail or security-related role is a plus.
