Store Manager - Luxury Brand

Role Overview: As a Store Manager for a Retail Luxury Brand, your responsibilities will include ensuring sales and margins align with agreed budgets, training, motivating, and managing the performance of team members, taking responsibility for Visual Merchandising and achieving high mystery shopping scores, establishing and nurturing customer relationships through exceptional service, staying updated on new products, brand developments, and industry news, ensuring store operations comply with SOPs & ICP, and acting as the administrative head of the store.
