As a Store Manager for a Retail Luxury Brand, your role will involve ensuring sales and margins align with agreed budgets. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and managing the performance of team members. Additionally, you will oversee Visual Merchandising and maintain mystery shopping scores at the store. Building and nurturing customer relationships through exceptional customer service will be crucial, along with staying updated on new products, brand developments, and industry news. Ensuring that operations adhere to SOPs & ICP will also be part of your responsibilities, and you will act as the administrative in-charge of the store.
