Job Description

Store Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and boost team performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle premium clients.
  • Manage inventory, stock records, and product display.
  • Supervise staff, scheduling, and training.
  • Oversee daily store operations and cash handling.
  • Ensure store security and compliance with jewellery standards.
  • Generate sales and inventory reports.
  • Maintain customer relations and drive repeat business.
  • Coordinate festive promotions and in-store events.
  • Prevent stock loss and resolve operational issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
