Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Revenue:
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Implementing strategies to drive sales, such as promotions and contests.
• Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Staff Management:
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store staff.
• Creating employee schedules and assigning tasks.
• Providing ongoing training and development to staff.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Ensuring proper stock rotation and preventing loss through theft or damage.
• Coordinating with suppliers and supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Service:
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Creating a welcoming and positive store environment.
• Store Operations:
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Implementing and maintaining safety and security protocols.
• Overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Working with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Creating and managing in-store activations and events.
• Utilizing marketing tools to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Other:
• Preparing and submitting financial reports.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
• Adapting to changing priorities and handling pressure effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
