We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should be strong in Driving Sales , Frontend Customer Support , Ensuring Customer Satisfaction , team management, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Customer Experience Drive overall store sales and meet monthly revenue targets. Ensure high standards of Frontend Customer Support and service delivery. Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring Customer Satisfaction at all times. Implement strategies to enhance footfall, conversion rates, and customer retention. 2. Staff Management Oversee daily operations and Maintain the Staffs for smooth functioning. Prepare weekly and monthly Staff Scheduling to ensure adequate manpower. Handle Recruitment / Hiring Staffs , onboarding, and training. Conduct regular performance evaluations and motivate the team to achieve store goals. 3. Inventory & Stock Management Perform periodic Stock Taking to ensure optimum inventory levels. Maintain In-store Stock Maintenance accuracy and prevent stock-outs or excess inventory. Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers for timely replenishment. Monitor shrinkage, damages, and ensure proper stock storage. 4. Operational Excellence Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand guidelines are consistently met. Manage cash handling, billing operations, and audit compliance. Monitor KPIs, generate daily/weekly reports, and share insights with management. Maintain safety standards and ensure smooth functioning of store assets.
