Roles and Responsibilities

Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Oversee retail sales teams to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure efficient floor management, shrinkage control, and profitability of the store.
Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective product placement and promotions.
Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and safety
