Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service goals.
• Ensure superior customer experience through excellent service standards and personalized engagement.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance benchmarks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; retail management specialization is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail (EBO/large format store experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with Assamese/local language (mandatory).

• Only local candidates from Guwahati will be considered.
