Store Manager

· Leads operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program procedures.

· Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

· Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

· Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

· Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

· Ensures availability of merchandise and services and maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

· Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

· Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

· Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

· Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.

· Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

· Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
