Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our apparel store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and mentoring the store team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Drive sales and ensure targets are met while maximizing profitability.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment effectively.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the store.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in apparel retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in stock and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and merchandising.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
