Role & responsibilities

Ensure store operations align with SOPs and brand standards
Manage inventory, stock checks, and supply coordination
Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
Track budgets, transactions, and implement loss prevention
Prepare store for launches, refits, and conversions

Customer Experience

Enhance customer satisfaction and issue resolution
