Job Title: Store Manager Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years in retail/store management or relevant operations role Reports to: Area Manager / Regional Manager Role Summary We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales and profitability through strong communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Drive sales targets and improve store profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling. Deliver exceptional customer service: handle feedback, resolve escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, manage replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock. Coordinate with marketing and regional teams for in-store campaigns and events. Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail or store management; experience in multi-outlet or high-footfall stores is an advantage. And handling delivery of store. Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing store P&L (preferred). Strong Upselling skills and experience dealing with Customers. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + local language preferred) Proficient with POS systems, MS Office (Excel basic), and inventory management tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (including weekends).
