Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and performance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Schedule staff shifts and maintain attendance records.
- Control shrinkage and prevent theft or loss.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
