Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Leader based in Bhubaneswar. The Store Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and executing sales strategies. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, ensuring their shopping experience is pleasant and memorable.

• Proven experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and marketing acumen
• Experience in inventory management and store operations
• Understanding of the jewellery industry and product knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
