As we expand rapidly across India, we’re looking for passionate creatives to shape our in-store brand expression. Role Overview As a Store Layout Designer & Creative, you will conceptualize and develop layouts and visual elements for Palmonas retail stores. This role requires strong design sensibility, spatial awareness, and the ability to translate brand aesthetics into high-impact physical environments. Key Responsibilities  Design store layouts, fixture plans, and visual flow for new Palmonas retail locations.  Collaborate with the Projects, Visual Merchandising (VM), and Branding teams to create cohesive in-store experiences.  Prepare technical drawings, 2D and 3D renders, and mood boards for internal review and vendor execution.  Select materials, finishes, and colors that reflect the brand’s premium yet accessible aesthetic.  Conduct store visits to ensure designs are implemented as per plan and adapt layouts as needed.  Innovate modular retail designs that can be replicated across multiple formats—mall kiosks, high-street stores, and shop-in-shops.  Keep up with retail design trends, customer behavior insights, and competitor layouts to optimize store efficiency and appeal.
