Store Layout Designer and Creative

As a Store Layout Designer & Creative at Palmonas, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing layouts and visual elements for our retail stores. Palmonas is India's first demi-fine jewelry brand that offers elegant and trend-forward pieces designed for modern lifestyles. With our headquarters located in Koregaon Park, Pune, we strive to blend luxury with everyday functionality to create a unique retail experience. We are rapidly expanding across India and are seeking passionate creatives to help shape our in-store brand expression. Your responsibilities will include designing store layouts, fixture plans, and visual flow for new Palmonas retail locations. You will collaborate with the Projects, Visual Merchandising (VM), and Branding teams to ensure cohesive in-store experiences. Additionally, you will prepare technical drawings, 2D and 3D renders, and mood boards for internal review and vendor execution. It will be crucial for you to select materials, finishes, and colors that align with the brand's premium yet accessible aesthetic. Regular store visits will be required to ensure that designs are implemented as planned and to make any necessary layout adaptations. In this role, you will be expected to innovate modular retail designs that can be replicated across various formats such as small kiosks, high-street stores, and shop-in-shops. Keeping up with retail design trends, customer behavior insights, and competitor layouts will be essential to optimize store efficiency and appeal. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of experience in retail design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
