Store Layout Designer and Creative

Role Overview As a Store Layout Designer & Creative at Palmonas, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing layouts and visual elements for our retail stores. Your role will involve showcasing a strong design sensibility, spatial awareness, and the ability to translate our brand aesthetics into impactful physical environments. Key Responsibilities - Design store layouts, fixture plans, and visual flow for new Palmonas retail locations. - Collaborate with the Projects, Visual Merchandising (VM), and Branding teams to create cohesive in-store experiences. - Prepare technical drawings, 2D and 3D renders, and mood boards for internal review and vendor execution. - Select materials, finishes, and colors that resonate with our brand's premium yet accessible aesthetic. - Conduct store visits to ensure that designs are implemented as planned and make adjustments as necessary. - Innovate modular retail designs that can be replicated across various formats such as small kiosks, high-street stores, and shop-in-shops. - Stay updated on retail design trends, customer behavior insights, and competitor layouts to enhance store efficiency and appeal. Qualifications Required - Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in retail design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.,
