As a Store Layout Designer & Creative at Palmonas, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing layouts and visual elements for our retail stores. Your strong design sensibility, spatial awareness, and ability to translate brand aesthetics into physical environments will be essential in creating unique in-store brand expressions. Your responsibilities will include designing store layouts, fixture plans, and visual flow for new Palmonas retail locations. It will be crucial for you to select materials, finishes, and colors that reflect our brand's premium yet accessible aesthetic. In this role, you will also conduct store visits to ensure that designs are implemented as planned and make necessary adaptations to layouts when needed. Your innovative mindset will be key in developing modular retail designs that can be replicated across various formats such as small kiosks, high-street stores, and shop-in-shops. Staying updated with retail design trends, customer behavior insights, and competitor layouts will help you optimize store efficiency and appeal. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in retail design, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
