Role Overview

Kiosk Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive kiosk sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with Irth brand standards.
Manage visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and product display.
Maintain inventory accuracy and handle cash management.
Train, motivate, and supervise kiosk staff for peak performance.
Ensure adherence to Titan’s retail SOPs and compliance standards.
Capture customer feedback and local market insights to enhance sales.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, footfall, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline; Retail Management certification preferred.
4-7 years of experience in retail (premium fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing small teams.

Skills & Attributes

Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
Good communication and grooming standards.
Result-driven with attention to detail.
Passion for fashion, design, and storytelling.
