) Store Keeper

• Manage inventory of Raw Materials, APIs, Excipients, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods
• Maintain and update GRN, Stock Registers, Bin Cards, and ERP / Excel records
• Verify Batch Numbers, Manufacturing Dates, Expiry Dates, and Retest Dates
• Issue materials using FIFO / FEFO methods
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of incoming materials
• Segregate and maintain Quarantine, Approved, and Rejected materials
• Coordinate with Production and QA/QC departments
• Participate in physical stock verification and internal/external audits
• Report damaged, short, or near-expiry materials in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety practices, and GMP guidelines in the store

B) Procurement

• Execute procurement activities from approved vendors and suppliers
• Obtain quotations, perform comparative analysis, and prepare Purchase Orders (POs)
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Support inventory planning and lead time management
• Verify vendor documents including COA, MSDS, compliance certificates, and GST details
• Ensure cost control and effective negotiation with vendors
• Verify invoices and coordinate with the Accounts department
• Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory compliance requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,010.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
