Store & Inventory Manager

• Maintain and monitor stock levels of all consumables, reagents, and equipment.
• Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
• Track consumption trends and forecast future stock requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of items.
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for medical and laboratory supplies.
• Monitor expiry dates of reagents/medicines and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) policy.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare quality and safety standards.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: Graduation / Diploma (Preferably in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related field)
• Experience: 2–4 years in store/inventory management, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare consumables, laboratory reagents, and storage guidelines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
