Store & Inventory Manager

As a Store & Inventory Manager at our Factory location in Neharoli, Vada, you will be responsible for leading and managing the complete factory store operations including raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods. Your primary goal will be to ensure the availability of stock for production while avoiding overstocking. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing processes such as Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Material Receipt Note (MRN), issue slips, stock inward and outward movements, and ensuring compliance with FIFO principles. You will also be required to monitor local purchases, follow up with vendors, and maintain accurate records in both the ERP system and physical stock. Regular audits and reconciliations will be part of your duties. In addition, you will be expected to prepare daily MIS reports, liaise with the production, dispatch, and accounts departments, and provide guidance to junior store executives. A successful candidate for this role should hold a graduate degree with a preference for a certification in Material Management. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, leadership skills, and experience in managing factory inventory workflows are essential. We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and reliable. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with Friday being the designated off day. The salary offered for this position ranges from 50,000 to 60,000 in-hand per month. You will report to the Unit Head and Head Office.
