Roles and Responsibilities Manage store operations, including inventory management, material control, and stock taking. Oversee store planning, merchandising, and supervision to ensure efficient floor management. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Implement retail management strategies to drive business growth. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in store keeping or related field (retail industry preferred). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization). Strong skills in inventory management, store operations, stores maintenance, material control, store planning, store supervision, store management, retail management, material requirement planning, and stock taking.
