📦 We're Hiring | Store Incharge Looking for an organized and proactive individual to take charge of end-to-end store operations! Location:- Patna Iskon Your Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels to ensure stores are well-stocked with the right items. 🔹 Shipment Handling – Receive, verify, and store inventory properly. 🔹 Stock Tracking – Maintain records for Housekeeping, Stationery, Pantry, IT Assets, Staff & Student items. 🔹 Team Coordination – Work with FM for staff/student items and coordinate with IT for asset support. 🔹 Invoice Management – Keep accurate invoice logs using Excel/Google Sheets. 🔹 Daily In-Out Tracking – Record daily movement of all items. 🔹 Proper Distribution – Ensure department-wise allocation of items. 🔹 Belonging Allotment – Student items to students, staff items to staff—no mix-ups! 🔹 Issue Resolution – Handle complaints and queries from staff and students. 🔹 IT Asset Recovery – Verify recovered IT assets with the IT team and keep Central Inventory Team in loop via email. 🔹 Data Maintenance – Update stock, inventory, and allocation records regularly on Google Sheets/Excel If you're someone who thrives on structure, precision, and responsibility — this is your space to shine!
