We are hiring for a leading manufacturer of EVA Foams & Footwear Fabrics. Job Title: Store Incharge / SCM Location: Bahadurgarh (Delhi NCR), Haryana Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee the coordination and execution of product dispatch processes and raw material inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods, maintain accurate dispatch records, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and logistics providers to meet customer requirements. He should also be able to ensure the efficient handling, storage, issuance, and tracking of raw materials while maintaining accurate records and supporting production needs. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch Planning & Coordination: Plan daily dispatch schedules in coordination with the Sales Coordinator, PPC, and Warehouse teams. Prepare and organize delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Coordinate with transport vendors to arrange vehicles for dispatch. Documentation: Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other shipping documents required for dispatch. Ensure accurate recording of dispatch details, including quantity, destination, and transport details. Maintain an up-to-date record of dispatch transactions for audits and reporting. Quality & Quantity Verification: Verify finished goods stock against dispatch requirements to ensure correct quantities and specifications. Conduct final checks to confirm that products are packed and labeled accurately before dispatch. Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery schedules and address queries related to dispatch. Update customers on dispatch status and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly. Logistics Management: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays with transport providers. Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs and improve efficiency. Address any issues related to vehicle availability, route planning, or delivery. Reporting & Feedback: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management review. Analyze dispatch performance and suggest improvements to reduce lead time and enhance accuracy. Gather customer feedback regarding deliveries and share insights with relevant teams. Stock Item Creation & Management: Create and maintain item codes and descriptions for all raw materials in the inventory management system. Update and organize stock records for easy tracking and retrieval. Ensure all items are correctly categorized and documented with specifications. Raw Material Handling & Issuance: Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards. Issue raw materials to the production departments as per the production planning schedule. Maintain a systematic storage system to ensure ease of access and minimize damage or wastage. Purchase Order Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with the Purchase Department to create and process purchase orders for raw materials. Monitor supplier performance and follow up on pending deliveries to ensure timely replenishment. Assist in evaluating supplier quotes and maintaining supplier databases. Physical Stock Maintenance: Conduct regular physical stock counts to ensure accuracy of system records. Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system entries. Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations for raw material storage and handling. Generate stock reports, including inventory levels, consumption patterns, and replenishment requirements, for management review. Report damaged or expired materials promptly and ensure their proper disposal. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in store management software and ERP systems, especially TALLY. Strong understanding of logistics, transport operations, and warehouse practices. Familiarity with documentation required for local and interstate shipping. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5-6 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, raw material handling roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
