About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and polished professional with a strong background in automotive logistics, preferably with prior experience in automobile OEM environments, to lead daily planning, MIS reporting, and operational coordination at our client site – Yamaha, Greater Noida. This role requires excellent customer interaction skills, the ability to create and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations, and strong data analytics expertise to support top-level management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily logistics planning, scheduling, and reporting for high-volume operations.
• Design and manage MIS dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Interact directly with customer teams (OEM management) to discuss planning, performance, and operational updates.
• Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and client review meetings.
• Analyze supply chain and logistics data to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and smooth coordination with internal teams and Yamaha management.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA with 5–10 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or coordination roles within automotive logistics or supply chain management.
• Prior experience working with or in an automobile OEM is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in customer interaction, stakeholder management, and presentation delivery.
• Proven expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written) with confident presentation skills.
• Proficiency or working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex logistics planning.
• Highly presentable and proactive, with leadership qualities for managing logistics reporting and client engagement.
