Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct daily visits to assigned stores to monitor overall operations, hygiene, staff performance, and customer experience.
Supervise and coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to maintain consistent food quality and service standards.
Oversee store management activities including stock checks, maintenance, inventory control, and compliance with operational protocols.
Serve as the primary liaison between the central operations team and individual outlets to ensure smooth communication and execution of company policies.
Identify operational gaps and implement actionable solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Support store teams through training, motivation, and performance guidance to maintain high morale and service excellence.
Review daily sales reports and collaborate with chefs and store managers to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld in terms of product presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.
Address on-ground challenges swiftly and ensure effective resolution of staff or customer issues.
