Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Oversee counter sales, showroom sales, retail operations, and retail sales to achieve targets. Ensure effective communication with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to maintain a positive work environment. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of records and identify areas for improvement. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience. Gender : Male Notice Period : Immediate Salary : 15k to 20k in hand + incentives Desired Candidate Profile 1 to 3 years of experience in store management or related field (retail industry). Strong knowledge of retail operations, including counter sales, showroom sales, and store management principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively. Ability to analyze data reports to drive business decisions (sales analysis) . Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).
