Job Description

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and proper storage of materials. Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions as required. Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory. Ensure safe and efficient handling and storage of materials. Maintain records such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and stock registers. Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for inventory-related matters. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store area. Handle inventory management software (ERP or other tools) effectively. Report discrepancies, damage, or losses in stock to management. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
