Store In-charge

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store In charge to oversee our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring quality goods and services in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise overall store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely availability of materials.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
• Monitor and optimize space utilization within the store.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area.
• Train and supervise store staff.
• Handle stock discrepancies and report irregularities to management.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ABC classification.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

Skills:

• Expertise in procurement strategies and inventory management techniques.
• Strong analytical skills for inventory analysis and MIS reporting.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
