Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage the overall store operations in an AutoCast manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, documentation, and coordination with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Manual registers.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality departments for material requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and raise indent requests to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Handle inward and outward material documentation including GRN, Delivery Challans, and Issue Slips.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Supervise store helpers and ensure discipline and cleanliness in the store area.
• Assist during internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Graduate (any stream preferred).
• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience as Store Incharge / Store Executive in AutoCast or Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and store procedures.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in AutoCast / Automotive manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with industrial safety norms and quality standards.
• Local candidates from Bhiwadi/Alwar region preferred.
