About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewelry outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and proven experience in gold retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage inventory and stock handling with accuracy and accountability.
• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle high-value transactions.
• Maintain showroom hygiene, display standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management for operational updates.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in gold retail jewelry business.
• Strong knowledge of stock management and customer service.
• Good fluency in English and local language (Malayalam).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from Ernakulam and Thrissur preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Additional Benefits: Accommodation provided.
