Store In-charge

As a Store In-charge in Ghaziabad with 2-5 years of experience in store management & inventory control in the plastic industry, your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day store operations such as stock movement, material handling, and billing. - Managing and maintaining store inventory with accuracy and timely updates. - Ensuring proper implementation of the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for stock management. - Performing stock reconciliation (physical vs. system) and resolving discrepancies. - Handling billing operations and maintaining proper documentation. - Preparing and maintaining records, reports, and stock registers. - Working on Tally ERP for billing, stock management, and reporting. - Coordinating with purchase, production, and accounts teams for smooth material flow. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining discipline within the store. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in B.A, B.COM, or a management-related field. - Strong knowledge of store management & inventory control in plastic products. - Hands-on experience with Tally ERP. - Good understanding of the FIFO system & reconciliation process. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and handle manpower efficiently.
