Role Overview: You will be the Food Catering Incharge Stores for TOUCHSTONE FOUNDATION, an independent charitable trust associated with ISKCON Bangalore, dedicated to promoting the cooking and supply of healthy vegetarian and sattvic food in a clean and hygienic manner across diverse sections of society. The trust operates pan India through its associated trusts or branches, utilizing all proceeds for various charitable, cultural, and spiritual causes. Key Responsibilities: - Run multiple trust stores, manage employees, and ensure goals for each store are achieved - Effectively communicate instructions to employees to ensure processes are understood and followed - Manage various accounts in the assigned region to enhance customer experience and upscale business - Collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions based on business needs - Oversee overall operations, including labor management, productivity, quality control, and safety measures Qualifications Required: - Gender: Male - Age: 25+ - Minimum Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation - Total Experience: 3+ years in Food Catering, FMCG, or Food division - Knowledge of BOM, GRN, LIFO, FIFO, food, non-food, shrinkage, wastage, rat cutting, and control - Experience in Vendor Management and stock audit verification Additional Company Details: TOUCHSTONE FOUNDATION is committed to providing clean and hygienic food to diverse sections of society through kitchens across India.
