Job Description

As a Store Executive at our company, your role involves achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and assuring quality of goods. You will be responsible for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance, as well as organizing and maintaining the inventory and storage area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing tracking inventory and checking the storage area - Keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory - Planning material and preparing inventory reports - Continuously monitoring proper inventory at all levels - Coordinating inter-departmentally for the requirements - Ensuring shipments and inventory transactions accuracy - Communicating job expectations and coaching employees - Determining staffing levels and assigning workload - Identifying areas of improvement and establishing innovative or adjusting existing work procedures and practices - Conferring and coordinating activities with other departments To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor - Knowledge of warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office - Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques - Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data - Hands-on commitment to getting the job done - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills Qualifications required for this position include: - Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages Please note that there are no additional details provided in the job description.,
